Returns & Exchanges
- Azaria Boutique is exchange only
- Customers are recommended to contact us for the return address. We can be reached at email@example.com
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Customers are required to pay for any remaining cost if they want to exchange for a more expensive piece
- We will not refund the difference if a customer wants to exchange for a cheaper piece
- Exchange requests have to be made within 7 days after the customer has received the item
- All customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when exchanging an item
- We do not accept refunds at this time
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Faulty claims must be made within 7 days after receiving the item and must include a receipt or proof of purchase. The faulty item must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Replacements for faulty images are not guaranteed unless approved by our team
- Replacements will be dispatched once the original item has been returned to us
- Earrings are exempt from being refunded/exchanged due to hygiene purposes
